Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development to host foot-and-mouth disease forum in Katanning

Katanning will host one of four foot-and-mouth disease information forums as the State’s agriculture department seeks to keep producers in the loop. The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development will host the foot-and-mouth disease preparedness: Katanning information forum in the conference room of their Dore Street office from 2pm-4pm on August 19. The forum will provide an update for the region’s livestock producers about FMD and the associated lumpy skin disease, as well as information on how to prepare and protect stock.
