The final regular round of the Katanning Netball Association season was held last week and the competition is now heading into three weeks of finals.

Juniors went off without a hitch, with teams eager as ever to play out the remaining fixtures of finals in the coming weeks.

Seniors had a couple of early games, including a Thursday night clash between Kia Ora and Allstars 2 in A-reserves.

Allstars 2 went all in for the win, blitzing Kia Ora 60-31.

It was the last game for the season on Friday night in B-grade between the two Olympians teams.

With neither side able to make the finals, the derby was held in high spirits and had plenty of laughs.

Olympians 2 managed to sneak in their second win for 2022 against their sister team, narrowly edging out Olympians 3, 32-27.

On Saturday, Allstars 1 took on Kojonup 1 in the A-grade competition.

Olympians 1 and Cardinals Force played out a strong game but it was Olympians 1 who emerged big winners 58-23.

A-reserves had a great game between Kojonup 2 and Broomehill.

Kojonup 2 were slightly stronger on the day, winning comfortably 46-34.

In a prelude to the finals in B-grade, Dumbleyung 1 came in hard against Kojonup 4 and won 56-22.

Cardinals Fever had a tough time against Kojonup 3 but they managed to get over the line with a hard-fought 35-27 victory.

The scorecards from both C-grade games failed to reflect how tough these games were.

Allstars 3 kept up their scintillating form to emerge victorious over Cardinals Vixens, 58-28.

Dumbleyung 2 did the same and kept their club smiling with a win over Cardinals Phoenix, 48-37.

There are three weeks of finals to be played in the senior competitions and the KNA welcomes spectators to cheer on friends and family.

In the A-grade competition, All Stars 1 will meet Olympians 1 in the first qualifying final, while Kojonup 1 will square off with Cardinals Force in the elimination final.

Both games will be played this Saturday.
