CBC pair in fine fettle to lead strong win against Spartans

Leah Hutchinson and Chloe McComish racked-up a combined 22 points to lead CBC’s 46-30 win against Spartans last weekend in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Basketball Association’s women’s division two competition.

It was a tough loss for Spartans, who remain without a victory — despite Gabrielle Sheck’s 10 points.

Round eight will be played on Friday night when Olympians oppose Spartans at 6.15pm and Saints take on CBC at 7.15pm.

In the women’s first division on Friday night, CBC play Saints at 7.30pm.

Saints’ Chloe Zorzi has been the offensive standout with a division-best 112 points.
