Celebrate long summer evenings at Rottnest as the 9pm ferry service back to Fremantle returns. Pinky’s Rottnest Island has unveiled its new seasonal menu and extended public dining hours, with the all-day dining menu available from 11am to 8pm and special barbecue plates being served from 5pm to 8pm.

The menu features sustainably caught Australian seafood, some tasty options from the grill, and a great selection of wine and beverages, many of which are sourced from WA producers.

Sip a pre-dinner cocktail on the sundeck as you look out over Pinky Beach and Bathurst Lighthouse, then take advantage of the extended dining hours by enjoying dinner from the Pinky’s summer menu, before catching the last ferry home.

The late-night ferry with Rottnest Express runs every Thursday to Sunday through the summer months. Fares for the day-return crossings cost from $69, and passengers who book the 9pm return ferry will receive 10 per cent off Pinky’s summer menu by presenting the discount card included with the ferry ticket. Other discounts and offers with local businesses are also included and can be found at rottnestexpress.com.au/offers/9pm-ferry-service.
